I don't typically work on guitars, but appearing to have been simultaneously on fire and under water, this old P-bass copy presented a worthwhile challenge. And, to be fair, I couldn't really make it any worse. I replaced the shattered pick guard, replaced/rewired all of the electronics, and rebuilt the collapsed pick-ups. I put on a new set of my favorite flat-wounds and the result is surprisingly playable.
